Article 1: Scope
These general conditions of sale apply to all transactions concluded through the websites of the GREENY BIRD DRESS company network. Any natural or legal person who places an order with GREENY BIRD DRESS validated via our secure payment platform is considered a “customer”.
Article 1 bis: Age limitation
Age restrictions apply: The GREENY BIRD DRESS company only accepts customers over 16 years old (for physical and electronic products) and over 18 years old (for services: coaching, workshops, seminars) . We do our best to restrict access to our sites, products and services to minors. Even if the content of our products and services is not of a shocking nature, we prefer to address a mature audience capable of understanding the implications and responsibilities of the business world.
Article 2: Order
Any order placed on a site belonging to the company GREENY BIRD DRESS implies full and unreserved acceptance of these general conditions of sale.
Article 3 : Price
The prices are indicated in euros excluding VAT, excluding postage and processing of your order. The price of items may be changed at any time. However, the price applied to an order will be that announced at the time of the order.
Article 4: Payment
Payment is due immediately on the date of the order, including for pre-order products. You can pay by credit card or PayPal. Secure online payment by credit card is made through PAY PLUG. The information transmitted is encrypted by software in the rules of the art and cannot be read during transport on the network. Any guarantee as to the security of this system is entirely the responsibility of PAY PLUG and cannot be imputed to us.
Article 5: Access and Delivery
Access to digital products will be made directly by sending a downloadable link, by email. Immediately after placing your order, you will receive an email with your digital products.

Delivery is made to the address you indicated when placing your order (therefore, pay particular attention to the spelling of the address you enter and especially to the postal code). The risks will be borne by you from the date on which the products ordered leave our premises. However, in the event of a lost package, we will do what is necessary to ensure that you still receive your product or that you are reimbursed according to your guarantee.
Refund conditions
The money back guarantee depends on what is mentioned on the page that presents the product. If no money-back guarantee is mentioned on the page that presents the product, no refund is made after the order has been placed.
For information, the regulations exclude from the legal withdrawal period the “supply of audio or video recordings, or computer software when they have been unsealed by the consumer”. The money-back guarantee is therefore not a legal obligation.
